Payment

Every Good Candle accepts payment through our on-line store. The card you provide Every Good Candle is the card that will be charged for any recurring orders. Please let our Every Good Candle Team know if any information changes, such as name changes, shipping or billing address changes. If your credit card is declined, we will pause any orders associated with the card and contact you. Every Good Candle is not responsible for any fees or charges your bank or credit card issuer may apply if your credit card issuer cancels or reverses a change to your credit card, we have the right to cancel and suspend any of your orders until payment in provided.


Every Good Candle delivers candles using USPS Priority Mail, which is currently taking 2 – 5 days. We currently only ship within the United States. Your order is handcrafted specifically for you, please allow up to seven business days for your order to ship.  You will receive an e-mail when your order is shipped, including a tracking number. If an order shipment is delayed, Every Good Candle will notify you via e-mail. If a package is lost, please email Every Good Candle at info@evergoodcandle.com. Packages are not considered lost until they are marked delivered by USPS.

Returns

At Every Good Candle, all of our candles are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Every Good Candle within 7 days of delivery.
 
You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at
info@everygoodcandle.com for further details. 

If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered.
